Are there additional fees beyond the listed prices?

At AlpinBus, we prioritize transparency in every transaction. The price provided by our Quote Generator is all-inclusive—no hidden fees, card charges, or surprise taxes. When you decide to book with us, the price you see is the price you pay. We believe in keeping things straightforward and building trust with our customers.

a) Should you need to cancel your booking, simply reach out to us at [email protected] with your booking information and reason for cancellation. We’re here to assist you every step of the way.

b) To ensure your peace of mind, we offer a full refund for cancellations made at least seven days before your scheduled travel date, reflecting our dedication to flexibility.

c) Once your cancellation is processed, we’ll promptly send you an email confirmation, keeping you informed and reassured.

d) For cancellations within seven days of your travel date, we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, always considering what’s best for you.

e) Please note that all refunds, whether partial or full, typically undergo a review process, which can take 7 to 14 days.

f) A modest administration fee of €25 applies to all cancellations, which helps cover processing costs. If you’ve paid in advance, this fee will be deducted from your refund.

g) The above policies apply under regular circumstances, but in ‘Extraordinary Events,’ we may adapt our approach. If these events cause a significant increase in cancellations—over 300% in a month—we may provide a credit voucher for future use instead of a direct refund. Extraordinary events can include natural disasters like earthquakes or floods, unexpected situations such as civil unrest or pandemics, or significant travel advisories. This ensures we remain flexible while protecting the sustainability of our services for future travelers like you.

At AlpinBus, we understand that plans can change, which is why we offer the flexibility to modify your booking up to 72 hours before your travel date. Making adjustments is simple—just send us an email at [email protected].

While there are no fees for making changes, certain modifications—such as adding passengers or changing your pick-up location—may affect the total cost of your transfer. Rest assured, any changes in price will be communicated to you clearly. Once your updates are finalized, we’ll promptly send you an updated booking confirmation.

In some cases, especially during busy travel periods or with last-minute requests, we might not be able to accommodate a specific change. However, we’re committed to finding the best possible alternative for you.

For last-minute adjustments, we recommend contacting our office directly. We’ll do our utmost to accommodate your needs and ensure a smooth and stress-free travel experience.
